I designed a consistent, accessible customer documentation suite for print and digital use, including marketing brochures and customer forms.
I was responsible for designing an entirely new suite of documents, including 6 brochures and a collection of customer forms and information documents.
Design and print considerations
To aid consistency and readability I used grids. In the customer form below, I used a baseline grid to ensure consistent vertical spacing between elements.
I worked with our printers to choose a paper stock, and prepared files for accurate printing. Colour-handling, taking into account the differences of digital and print, presented a particular challenge in terms of our brand colours; see I wrote this blog post about achieving accurate colours and blacks.
